Product Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to design user-centric solutions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Report to the Head of Design.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Product Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Framer, or Adobe XD.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Mindset:

• User-first thinking with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing for SaaS or creative tools.

• Familiarity with motion design or interaction prototyping.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JS.
